Happy Gratitude Day!

I just had a birthday and did all kinds of things that make me happy. Small things, like a morning walk, going to the gym, visiting my Mom. Big things, like lunches and dinners with friends and family and writing this post. Yes, posting these ideas gives me a chance to think things out and share them in a satisfying way. The psychologists say the difference between happy and not happy is the attitude of gratitude. I feel the people who say count your blessings, the guy who wrote the Book of Awesome and so on are right. So today I am taking time to thank everyone in my life, yes all the friends, family, significant others, colleagues and the people who read this blog. You are all the people who have helped me grow this year. Thank you.
